Introduction to Machine Learning and AI

This free online course introduces fundamental Machine Learning (ML) models and AWS Artifical Intelligence (AI) services. Students can train ML models using Rapidminer without programming experience. Upon completion of this course, students are expected to • Understand basic concepts and applications of machine learning models; • Learn different machine learning models and their strengths and weaknesses, including: o Simple Regression; o Multiple Regression; o Logistic Regression; o K-nearest Neighbors; o Naïve Bayes; o Decision Trees; o Neural Networks; o Clustering; o Natural Language Processing; o Applications of Artificial Intelligence. • Design and apply machine learning models with Python, RapidMiner, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
